Using the Oils

When using the oils it’s best to be in a meditative state so you realize the flow of feelings as you relax into your intent. Allow your consciousness to go with the flow as you become closer to yourself. A salt bath in preparation for your experience is recommended as the salt water helps the body relax and release the travails of the day. Relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes, or more. Sleeping in the warm water due to the relaxation affect has been reported. If you are out and about and require use of an oil, apply as needed with focus on your intent.
